TUBU ARGE Anonim Şirketi (“TUBU”, “We”, or “Our Company”) respects the privacy of users of the Düşle: AI Bedtime Stories & Child Sleep Companion mobile application (“Application”).

1. Personal Data Collected

  • Account Credentials: Email address used during registration.
  • Child Profiles: First name, age group, favorite characters, and interest topics you input.
  • Custom Stories: Text logs of stories generated using your prompts.
  • In-App Purchases: Premium membership billing handled via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Purposes of Data Processing

  • Generate pedagogically safe children stories personalized with names and themes,
  • Maintain dream journals and provide child development feedback logs,
  • Offer voice narration files.

3. Data Protection

Your child’s profile details and generated stories are stored in secure cloud systems (AWS Frankfurt). We enforce strict pedagogical safety checks and do not sell data to third-party ad networks.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed to provide the Application’s features. Your account data and content remain stored while your account is active. When you delete your account (via the in-app deletion option or the account deletion page), all personal data associated with your account is permanently deleted from our systems. Encrypted server backups expire automatically within 90 days at the latest. If you use the Application without creating an account, your content stays on your device and is not stored on our servers beyond what is required to process your requests. Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics purposes.

4. Deletion & Contact

Delete your account and all associated child profiles at any time via the Profile -> Delete Account section in the app or by submitting a request at https://dusle.tubu.io/hesap-sil.
